Waiting to meet Ingrid Schaffner in the gallery at the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) I watched a young woman sanding the edges of some large constructions.  These were  Anne  Tyng’s Platonic Solids, built as part of “Inhabiting Geometry” an exhibition of Tyng’s work.  The young woman and the the pieces she was working on made interesting shapes so I made photographs.

Shapes and Shadows made in an edition of 2. 8 x 12.5 inches. Seven archival ink jet prints mounted on stonehenge paper, museum board ends, bound with stonehenge jacket. 2013.
